- 120 grams dark chocolate
- 40 grams powdered sugar
- mint syrup
- Melt 60 grams of chocolate and fill the molds (fill up below halfway to leave room for the other layers). Refrigerate or freeze.
- To make the mint fudge mix 40 grams of powdered sugar and a little bit of mint syrup. Pour in molds on top of chocolate. Cool in the refrigerator.
