  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package knorr roasted turkey gravy mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups turkey
  • 2 cups green peas and carrots
  • 4 pastry shell

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in Knorr® Roasted Turkey gravy mix blended with water, wine and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
    2. Add turkey and green peas and carrots and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve in pastry shells or split biscuits.
