  • 14 3/4 ounces corn (Fire Roasted, if you can't find it, sometimes you can find it frozen or just use regular sweet corn. Or fire roast your own fresh corn!)
  • 15 ounces black beans (Bush's)
  • 2 roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced or crushed)
  • 2 jalapenos (diced)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 pound ground beef (/turkey/your choice)
  • garlic (I use two crushed cloves)
  • 1/2 brown onion (diced)
  • seasoned salt (to taste)
  • tortilla chips (I like the scoop shaped ones)
  • black bean
  • roasted corn salsa
  • avocado (Diced, optional)
  • sour cream (optional)
  • shredded cheese (optional)
