Mini Strawberry PiesO Meu Tempero
1/2 puff pastry
1 egg whites
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
2Roll out dough at room temperature.
3Use a glass to cut out 3 circles.
4Pastry circles must be big enough to cover the wells of individual stainless steel muffin pans.
5Cut parchment paper in circles the size of the wells.
6Place parchment paper in wells and press pastry circles into well.
7Use a fork to prick the dough.
8Beat 1 egg white until stiff and continue beating while adding sugar.
9Puree three strawberries in a food processor.
10Mix strawberries, vanilla extract and egg mixture.
11Pour into pans.
12Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
13Garnish with strawberries.
