  • 40 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 slice smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons spinach (cooked)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • eggs (Salmon, for garnish)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk the egg, add flour, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix.
