    turned out nice and moist, did use pineapple chunks instead of sliced, because thats what i had will , be making again, i like the individual serving size.

    Not bad for me . I used Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme cake mix vice flour . dash cinnamon , dash vanilla , bit more white sugar to supplement cake mix.

    So quick and easy to put together and they turned out amazing! I used egg shaped foil baking cups as a trial for an Easter dessert. This recipe made six cakelets, a perfect size after a big meal. I'll make them for the holiday and any time we want a little sweet treat.
