  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (about 2½ ounces, divided)

  • 3/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt (preferably Greek-style)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional ... unless you're from Texas then it's required. We tested with Frank's RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (or grainy, we tested with a grainy brown mustard)
