Quick and easy. Made them with juat the mozarella and parmesan. Added a little basil and garlic powder to the sauce. Great taste and very easy to make.

Great, simple recipe! Very fast and easy to make for beginner cooks. We used the cut-out method she suggested for the tortillas. We also found some six-inch tortillas in the fridge we didn't want to waste by cutting down to size, so we made four inch-long cuts at noon, 3, 6, and 9 on the tortilla, and then we folded the sides over each other to make a "pizza cup," more or less. Both methods worked equally well, and the end product was delicious!
