A simple and inexpensive dish comprising of ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, shredded Cheddar or mozzarella, elbow macaroni, and seasonings simmering in a crock pot.

- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup noodles (uncooked Macaroni)
- 1 cup vegetables (chopped, your choice)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- salt
- 2 cups shredded cheese (choice)

Directions
- Brown ground beef in a pot until fully cooked.
- Add in onions and chopped vegetables and cook until tender about 5 min.
- Add in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth.

This was soooo good. I had this in a restaurant one time, but I could never remember what restaurant it was. This recipe is even better than theirs. It is a huge hit in my family.
