Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted, or butter)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pound cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Directions

  1. Blend graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Press graham cracker mixture into bottoms of mini paper liners in 2 inch muffin tins.
  3. Using electric beater, mix sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, egg and vanilla.
  4. Fill each paper liner 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Top with pie filling.
  7. Makes 24 tarts.
