OMG!! My husband loves loves loves bread pudding. I had never had it till recently and this is the BOMB DIGGITY! Fairly easy to make and holy cow the sauce :) I used rum and could bathe in it, lol. It so good this is his fave dessert now! Thank you sooooo much for sharing! I doubled the recipe and it turned out wonderful! Oh, I added Granny Smith apples to half the batch. Heaven on earth.

I just loved them. Made them for my Mother in the hospital, she gave more of them away to the nursing staff than she ate! Oh well at least she got better care after that, LOL
