Ingredients

  • 400 grams white flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 75 grams white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 170 grams softened butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 milliliters semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 grams blueberries
  • 100 grams white chocolate (cut into pieces)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the butter, stirring with a fork. Then, gradually add the eggs and milk .
  4. Add the blueberries, and the white chocolate cut into pieces. Stir carefully because the blueberries are fragile. Or you can add the blueberries directly into the muffin molds and press them into the dough.
  5. Pour into mini muffin molds and bake for 17 to 25 minutes depending on the size selected .
  6. Let cool before serving.

I love the combination of blueberries and white chocolate together. I sprinkle sugar on top of mine when they're fresh out of the oven for some added sweetness as well.
