  • 1 enoki mushrooms (pack, 200g)
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms (I used fresh shiitake mushrooms)
  • carrot (some, slices cut into flower shape, optional)
  • 10 anchovy (large dried, remove the guts)
  • 1 piece kombu (dried kelp)
  • 3 stems shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 yellow onion (small size, remove skin and cut into half)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
