Description

This semolina pudding requires just 4 ingredients and 30 minutes to prepare. The pudding is flavored with tonka beans, which have an exotic slightly sweet, slightly smokey flavor that lends itself beautifully to this simple recipe. Ingredients

1 liter milk
80 grams powdered sugar
1 beans (tonka)
80 grams semolina (fine wheat)

Directions

1In a large saucepan, pour the milk, sugar and half a tonka bean, grated with a nutmeg grater (if you want, you can grate the entire bean. The taste will be more pronounced, but still refined).
2Gently heat and bring it to a boil.
3Add the semolina to the milk mixture progressively, and cook gently, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
4Pour the mixture into glasses or jars.
5Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours.
