Description

Cheesecake is a rich, decadent way to end a delicious dinner. This Milk and Almond Cheesecake provides a perfect palate pleaser for a holiday dinner, or special occasion. All that is needed are milk, butter, lemon peel, eggs, sugar, flour, almonds and pudding. Once prepared and out of the oven, the sweet aromas will tickle the senses and tantalize the taste buds. But why only make it on special occasions? Isn’t every day special enough for cheesecake?

Ingredients

  • 0.5 liters milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 100 grams flour
  • 80 grams almonds (grated)
  • 1/2 package pudding (Chinese)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Heat the milk with the butter, and lemon peel, set aside.
  3. Beat the eggs, egg yolk, and sugar together. Add the Chinese pudding powder, and mix.
  4. Gradually, add the flour, almond powder, and warm milk mixture.
  5. Stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture, with no lumps.
  6. Pour in pie pan, but do not fill completely.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes.
