  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted, 8)
  • 2 cups brown sugar (light/medium)
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 salt (pinchs)
  • 2 handfuls milk (Duds)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and whisk melted butter and brown sugar in another bowl. Then, add the egg and vanilla extract. Slowly add dry ingredients with wet and combine until batter is formed.
    3. Pour into a greased baking pan. Be sure to spread evenly and Bake for 20-25 minutes or do toothpick test.
