Ingredients

200 grams milk chocolate
3 large egg whites
200 milliliters whipping cream
raisins (to taste)
port wine (to taste)
almonds (Skinned, to taste)

Directions

1Melt the chocolate broken into pieces in a water bath.
2Whisk the egg whites.
3In a bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
4Soak the raisins in Port wine until they are soft, and drain.
5Toast the almonds lightly in a frying pan.
6Gently mix the egg whites gently with the chocolate.
7Pour chocolate in serving cups, then the whipped cream.
8Garnish with almonds and raisins to taste.
9Refrigerate before serving.
