  • 75 grams vegetable oil
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 10 grams salt
  • 400 grams all purpose flour
  • 180 grams durum wheat flour
  • 4 grams dry yeast (or 15 gr. brewer’s yeast)

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in the bread machine in the order in which they are listed above.
  2. Program the bread machine to Basic.
