- 1 cup unsalted butter (cut into chunks, at room temperature, for lime curd)
- 8 large egg whites (for Swiss meringue)
- 4 cups sugar (for Swiss meringue)
- 1 pinch kosher salt (for Swiss meringue)
- 2 Tbsp. lime zest (grated, from about 3 limes, for Swiss meringue)
