- 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 2 1/2 Tbls Butter (can also use coconut oil, olive oil or ghee)
- Grease a mug
- Mix together all the ingredients with a fork
- Pour mixture into mug

I had to substitute 1/4tsp lemon juice for the baking powder but I was quite impressed by the result. It was a moist bread with a nice flavor.

I made this egg free and dairy free. As suggested I used coconut oil instead of butter, and I used flax seed gel for the egg. It did not hold together well and tastes mostly like coconut oil. Wish it would have turned out better!
