It was a bit watery on the bottom, but it tasted great.

tastes amazing but I think you should add another minute to it the best time to do it is when you add the cheese

Tastes really good. I added cheese on the top as well and it turned out amazing. Then I cut it up and put it in a bagel. Perfect!

It wasn't awful but there just isn't a lot of flavor in the bottom because it's all egg. I would recommend adding in some other stuff at the beginning like peppers, tomatoes, and ham. Just anything you would normally throw into an omelette. But this recipe by itself is a little bland.
