  • 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar (less if you are using a sweetened flavored cheese spread)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (place through food processor to get fine crumbs. 4 tbsp is about 1 sheet of graham cracker)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

    This was a long process for a rubbery and somewhat bland product. I had to microwave the cake for a cumulative 4-5 minutes and it was still raw in the middle. Oven cheesecake seems to be a better option.

    Didn’t really work it came out very raw. I recommend just making it in the oven
