  • 1 yellow onion (or large white, cut into slices)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 whole jalapeno chilies (can of)
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapples in juice (or can chunks)
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • water (as needed)
  • 1 bag vegetables (prepared coleslaw, mix or the equivalent of chopped cabbage, carrots, and purple cabbage.)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (+ additional to taste)
