It was different than the authentic way of making this dish. Thyme, garlic and smoked paprika are never used in the original dish. Chef Symon is an awesome cook. I’m just used to the traditional recipe which could be made just by eliminating these three ingredients. Greek yogurt is far better than the sour cream. I have switched to that in this dish.
