Ingredients

vegetable oil
1 cup rice
1 clove garlic
1 slice onions
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
chicken-flavored soup powder
2 tomatoes
frozen peas
frozen carrots
salt

Directions

1In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Add the rice, garlic, and onion.
2Stir continuously with a wooden spoon until the rice is golden.
3Meanwhile, in the blender add the chicken broth, bouillon powder, and tomatoes. Puree until smooth.
4Add to the rice. Add carrots and peas to taste.
5Carefully stir with a spoon and season with salt. Cover the saucepan and lower the heat.
6Cook until the water has evaporated. Remove the garlic and onion.
7Serve.
