  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 32 ounces chick peas (or garbanzos, rinsed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper

Directions

  1. Process Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, chick peas, line juice and chipotle pepper in food processor until almost smooth. Add cilantro and pulse just to combine; chill if desired. Serve, if desired, with cut pita bread triangles and/or your favorite dippers.

This came out horrible! The lime juice is not enough liquid so the hummus came out very crumbly. I added more lime juice to try to make it creamy then tried adding avocado oil. Too late, the lime was overpowering and no one liked it!
