This was very tasty! The zucchini was cooked just right, tender but not soggy! And I love the taste fresh cilantro adds! Definitely a good meal to help you get your veggies from! My friends & I did add some cooked ground beef but it would have been fine without it as well. I will definitely cook this again!

i didnt have black beans so o used pinto beans. it was amazing!!

Enjoyed the recipe. It was very easy to make and had good flavor. Will definitely make again and again.
It was very easy and didn't took long to make. Also you don't end up with a lot of dishes to make. I also used ground beef. I just put it in the pan, before the onions and pepper

I made these exactly how the recipe said and they turned our great. I didn't add as much cheese but that didn't affect the taste. Super delicious and healthy. I high recommend!
