Very tasty, easy prep. I left out the cheese. Still very good. I paired with crab cakes.

Very tasty! Added extra chili and jalapeño I like spicy. Used white corn also . Personal preference ( garden grown)

Delicious. Creamy, spicy, and sweet with a touch of heat. Can’t wait to put a spoonful on any type of taco or fajita.

Loved it, as did my best friend/guinea pig! I may leave the jalapeños out the next time, but only because of my besties’ reflux!

It was tangy and had decent kick. I was missing the jalapeño so maybe i was missing that extra kick it could have used. Other than that, it had a good progression of flavors and the cilantro complimented the sauce very well. My co workers also enjoyed it.

This side dish could be my main dish it was so good. I have made it twice now and I made extra the second time, just so I could eat this for leftovers!! I was more excited about this than anything else we had that night! So fresh and delicious!

This dish was excellent. However I only gave it 4 stars because it calls for a lot of cayenne. A quarter of a teaspoon for this dish is plenty with quite a fair amount of heat. I also added garlic and cumin. Was definitely worth making. It's an easy dish to prepare , so go the extra mile and roast fresh corn.
