This was very good and tasty. Needed more spice so I used an entire package of Taco spice powder and added chili powder, salt and pepper. There are just two of us and this makes a lot. First day we used taco chips to scoop up the mixture with sour cream on the side. Second day I rolled mix into soft taco shells, placed in a casserole dish and covered with salsa and cheddar. Baked at 350 for about 30 minutes. Sprinkled fresh shopped cilantro on top. Served with fresh cut avocado slices and sour cream on the side.
