- 2 jalapenos (medium, sliced in pieces, seeds and all. remove stalk and discard.)
- 1 sweet onion (medium, peeled and cut into fourths)
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (fresh, and stalks)
- 4 cloves garlic (fresh, peeled)
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 packet sazon seasoning
- 1 packet culantro
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning (goya adobe)
- 1 jalapeno (. on the other hand if you like the heat you can add more jalapenos or a combination of jalapenos and serranos. optional)
