Turned out great, I used enchilada red sauce instead. Wish the tortillas were a bit crispier in the center. Going to make these more often!

Very tasty and easy I used enchilada sauce instead of salsa. I topped with green chilies, cheese, olives, onions, tomatoes and jalapeños. Served with salsa and sour cream, and Spanish rice made it a meal. A hit with my husband and my son.

Loved this! I'm an American who lives in Finland, so I occasionally get mad cravings for Taco Bell and can't fill them. This recipe fit the bill perfectly and is super filling. You can add whatever fresh toppings on top to fit your taste and throw some sour cream or guacamole on the side. I'm definitely keeping this recipe!

my family loved it even the left overs
It was really good. Next time will add some lettuce to the top and maybe chopped onion.
Quick and easy. Will make it again!

Hello 20 Jul
This was delicious and I would definitely make again , but Next time I would add cheese with the beef and beans so the tortillas would stick better

The tortillas don’t stick together well. The recipe didn’t say to heat the beans first, but I think that would help things stick better. Next time, I think I’ll mix the beans, meat, and salsa together. Flavors were good and the fact I could customize them for 5 different people with different tastes makes it perfect.
