My family really likes this and we make it often. I use two taco seasoning packets instead of the spices plus we leave out the cheese as we think it tastes better without it.

My husband & son enjoyed this. Needed more time to cook the rice. It was still crunchy after the allotted time. Overall, a good dish. Used the leftovers for taco filling the next day.

My husband thought this was excellent but I thought it was a tad bland and "missing something".
amazing! made it in the pressure cooker. 3mins high pressure,10mins natural release and it was perfect! add some crumbled taco chips for cunch and top with sour cream/avocado

It was amazing!! I used the 90 second rice and it worked perfect I didn’t have coriander ( or even know what it is) spices in so I used taco seasoning. Definitely making again!!

Very good, very tasty! The recipe said to cook rice for 15 mins but mine took about 30 mins to cook all the way through. Also didnt use beans or green onion. Was still great.

My family loved it. The cheese I had on hand was salted so the salt was perfect. My family likes spicy food so I might add more cayenne next time.

Quicker to cook than posted and a really comforting weeknight feed. Would use more salt and cayenne next time
