The flavor is great - I did add taco seasoning, spanish rice, switched the black beans with pintos, and added a can of rotel... the only complaint my husband had was the sogginess of the tortillas... so if i were to make it again, I'd leave that out. Otherwise, it's a great dish!

I left out the peppers because a family member doesn’t like them. The whole family loved it!
