Ingredients

3 flour tortillas
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano (ground)
5 ounces canned tuna (drained)
black olives (chopped)
artichoke hearts (chopped)

Directions

1Using a hot frying pan, place a tortilla and heat up both sides.
2Once both sides are lightly toasted, Pour a bit of the tomato sauce on top of the tortilla and sprinkle the oregano on the sauce.
3Lightly cover the tortilla with the tuna, olives, artichoke hearts, and cheese.
4Place in a microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds, let the cheese melt, and serve on a plate.
