This simple dish requires just two ingredients and comes together in about 20 minutes.     1. Heat a frying pan with Teflon and spray it with cooking spray
    2. Cook the sauce for minutes,and then add the cottage cheese, stir for 1 or 2 minutes, until the cottage cheese is hot
