- 1/3 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 10 ounces mixed salad greens
- 3 cups cut up cooked chicken
- 1 green bell pepper (or medium red, chopped)
- 1 avocado (small, peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with salsa; set aside.
- On serving platter, layer mixed greens, chicken, red pepper, avocado and green onions; drizzle with mayonnaise dressing. Garnish, if desired, with sliced pitted ripe olives and shredded cheddar .
