These mouthwatering treats are easy to make and only take three ingredients.
- 45 grams egg whites
- 45 grams granulated sugar
- 45 grams powdered sugar
- 1Preheat oven to 280F.
- 2Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff, gradually adding the granulated sugar as you whip them. When they have reached the right volume, gradually incorporate the powderd sugar using a spatula.
- 3To shape meringues use a pastry bag to pipe them onto a silicon mat or parchment paper lined baking tray.
- 4Bake for 40 minutes then reduce to 210F for 20 minutes.
