  • 2 udon (bricks of frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    Directions

    1. Melt the butter over low heat. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
    2. Remove the roe from the sac. Cut the sac open with a knife and use a spoon to scrape the eggs out.
