Yup they do melt in your mouth. I loved these potatoes. Not sure if it’s the butter you put on them before cooking or the chicken broth toward the end of the bake time but yummy!!!

It was great. I used red potatos, about doubled the garlic and added habenero pappers for an extra kick.

Loved how the potatoes came out. Although the amount of butter used for this dish was probably too much for me. I think 4 tablespoon of butter is more than enough.

I love potatoes any which way you can make them! I came across a recipe for”Melting Potatoes” and knew I had to make them!! I think the recipe called for Dill, but I can’t recall but either way, you can’t go wrong! It might take a little time & patience when making these, but they are so good & worth it! And if you like garlic, (I absolutely love garlic), add more! I think I’m going to make these tomorrow for dinner!
