Very Good! I will make it again. I didn’t have mayonnaise so used Miracle Whip. Also used Southwest Gourmet Seasoning mix from Sunset Gourmet Food Company instead of Lawry’s Seasoned mix. It gave it a kick.

Wonderful recipe! I spiced it up a bit with more seasoning than listed, also coated the top with breadcrumbs for a bit of a crispy coat... highly recommend trying this!

3rd time. Reduced salt and added some cayenne pepper. Topped with panko crumbs which gives a nice bit of crunch. Sprinkled with parsley for some color before serving. Recipe is a keeper. Fork tender and delicious.

This immediately became one of our favorites. If you like to use the breast tenderloins like me, bake it for only 25 minutes. The chicken is cooked to perfection, nice and juicy, never dry.

Not sure if I missed a step but chicken was definitely dry and lacking in seasoning, no flavor. Not crispy just dry .

This was good. not my favorite, but definitely easy to make, and worth making to see how you like it. Chicken was moist, but not more than if you just brine it. The flavor of the mix was interesting. A little too salty for me, but overall everyone said it was good.

melt in your mouth is a perfect description! it was juicy ans tender. Both my kids ate it (3 and 15 months) will definitely make it again. I used yogurt instead of mayo.
