Made it tonight and thought it was great. Full of flavor and the chicken was moist. Make sure you use seasoning salt and not regular salt. I almost read it wrong and it definitely would have tasted bland if I didn’t catch it.

So good! I halved the recipe since it’s just my husband and I. I took 2 chicken breasts and sliced them in half to make them thinner (I don’t like huge thick ones) and added some cayenne pepper. Turned out great. Will make again!

I added garlic powder, sea salt and peppercorns to my mix and left the chicken to marinade in the mix for an hour before I poured both the mix and the chicken in a Pyrex dish and baking. I added some homemade potato wedges seasoned with paprika for an added touch and it came out absolutely perfect
