  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (60-70%, finely chopped)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces chocolate chips

    So far, this is the best recipe I ever encountered. Hubby like chewy brownies and this one have them. And I like more dry and hard brownies and what do you know, the edges are dry and hard. Also I added walnut because we like walnut
