  • 1 pinch and black ground pepper salt
  • 1 handful mozzarella cheese (Ciliegine, cherry sized balls)
  • 4 slices prosciutto (sliced again lengthwise into thirds or halves, to wrap around each mozzarella ball)
  • 1 handful salad greens (your choice)
  • 1 inch melon (balls)
  • juice (from the melon)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 mint leaves (per melon ball - I used chocolate mint)
