  • 1 onion (Medium, finely diced)
  • 1 liter broth (tetra brick of Aneto Valencian Paella)
  • 250 grams arborio rice (approx 2 Cups, or Paella Rice, if you can find it or other short, fat grain of rice)
  • 1 handful butter beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 handful garbanzo (chick Beans, drained & rinsed)
  • 8 green beans (cut into long, equal sections)
  • 2 italian sausages (or something spicier if you like)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 24 shrimp (cleaned, deveined, tail removed)
  • 1 handful scallops (approx 1/4 lb Baby, rinsed & patted dry)
