- 2/3 cup sliced kalamata olives

- vinaigrette (lemon-herb, see below)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly-squeezed)
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano (minced)
- 1 teaspoon honey (or your desired sweetener)
- 2 garlic cloves (small, minced)

This was fantastic! My husband proclaimed it to be the best he’s ever had. I used a pound of bow ties and did 1 1/2 times the dressing. No other alterations to the recipe.

I made this for a bbq, tasted AMAZING lol. I let it sit a few hours so when I brought it to the party i had to sprinkle a little bit of coconut oil and mix it really well again. I also did not use any honey & used only about 3 oz of feta and it was still a huge hit. :)

This turned out really well. The vinaigrette is exactly the correct amount. I used the grape tomatoes instead of cherry but other than that, I stuck to the recipe.
