- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. oregano

- pepper
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (I used about 5 dried tomatoes)

Yummy I really enjoyed the recipe. It’s was great for a summer pasta salad side dish. It also made delicious leftovers
