  • 3 cloves garlic (pressed or minced)

  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (drained and coarsely chopped, 7 ounce jar)

  • 4 ounces green olives (drained and pitted, I use HemisFares Green Castelvetrano Olives)
  • 6 ounces Greek olives (mixed, drained and pitted, I use Private Selection Greek Olive Mix)
  • 1 lemon

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Italian parsley (fresh chopped)
