AMAZING!!! I did not use potatoes, I added extra chopped onions and chopped peppers. Served with fresh warm baguette bread,Perfect meal. I have used this recipe many times for company and they love it! My Mom always said the best recipes are the easiest..... This recipe is a keeper. Many thanks.
