The author was dead on about the oil making the dish! My husband and I both loved it and it will be added to our meal rotation! Might add some spinach the next time!

We really enjoyed this dish. Probably didn’t need as much tomatoes though, will use less next time.

It was okay. I added some ground cumin, eggplant to the mix. And marinated the chicken with finely chopped coriander.

it was good, the kids decided it was a little briney. served it with a couscous mix from Trader Joes.

Easy and delicious! Loved the Tangy taste of the capers along with artichokes. I used smoked sun-dried tomatoes which gave it even more distinct flavor.

Really nice, quickmeal. I gave it a few minutes in the oven as the chicken breasts were a bit thick !
