Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix all together and dip chicken in.
  2. Remaining mixture will keep well in refrigerator.
  3. Bake chicken 1 hour or until chicken is brown and well done.
  4. Serve on rice or as main dish.
